  • By @voguemagazine - “Skin care is definitely one of the highest forms of self-care,” muses @LoriHarvey, who is currently putting the finishing touches on her own forthcoming cosmetic line, which includes a low-pH cleanser and what she describes as “the perfect” eye cream. “I tested all my products, of course, on myself, but I also tested them on my boyfriend,” she notes. In fact, “I’ve pretty much gotten all of the men in my life on a skin-care regimen, my dad included…so if you’re wondering why his skin looks so good lately,” she says, breaking into a smile, “it’s because of me.”

  • By @voguemagazine - The happiest place on earth is back—just with masks.

@Disneyland officially closed due to COVID-19 in early March last year, as it became clear that screaming on a roller coaster was not going to fall within the CDC guidelines. But this past weekend, @Disney fans in California got to dust off their polka-dot Minnie dresses and mouse ears for a jaunt down Main Street, USA.

  • By @voguemagazine - The emergence of social-media-fueled activism—like the #FreeChava campaign—has the potential to change the traditional power dynamics that have kept women trapped in marriages that have long since ended.

“If I don’t use my platform for this, what good is it for?” said popular Jewish singer @daliaoziel, who first posted about #FreeChava. “I said to my followers: ‘I get it. This is uncomfortable. But we need to stand up for our fellow sister. She is chained to a dead marriage.’”

  • By @voguemagazine - “I’m just feeling so lucky to be here, for two great causes, fashion and music, and also very moved by everything I’ve seen and heard, it’s very poetic,” says @angele_vl, of performing for @Chanelofficial's cruise events for their most recent collection. “For me it’s a reminder to stay as positive as possible and make the most of the moment.”

“I’m just feeling so lucky to be here, for two great causes, fashion and music, and also very moved by everything I’ve seen and heard, it’s very poetic,” says @angele_vl, of performing for @Chanelofficial's cruise events for their most recent collection. “For me it’s a reminder to stay as positive as possible and make the most of the moment.” The Belgian singer, whose music is apparently "on loop in the Chanel studio," echoes the fashion house and their stance on a new chapter. With its sights cast hopefully on July, Chanel plans to return to an in-person couture show, for a limited audience, in the garden of the Palais Galliera. And when that happens, it just might mark the end of the digital-only fashion experience. Tap the link in our bio to read all of the details. Photographed by @styledumonde

  • By @voguemagazine - For @voguemexico’s May issue, the publication wanted a cover star who represents “the face of a new generation of models,” and Indigenous model Quannah Chasinghorse (@quannah.rose) certainly embodies this in more ways than one. Photographed by @inezandvinoodh for the cover, the 18-year-old is a refreshing addition to the fashion scene: She proudly displays her traditional tattoos, rocks authentic Indigenous style, and has an array of impressive activism work under her belt too. In the process, she’s also breaking barriers, providing much-needed representation for Indigenous people in an industry that has long overlooked and excluded Indigenous talent.

Staged in in Les Baux-de-Provence and debuting online today, the show marks what may be the house’s last virtual event, for the time being. Chanel currently has plans to host a presentation with guests for creative director Virginie Viard’s haute couture collection in July.

His stylist @tiffbrisenostylist described his signature aesthetic as “natural rockstar,” but chose to elevate that even further for the first Monday in May with subtle details.

  • By @voguemagazine - For the 2019 #MetGala, @deepikapadukone called upon the talents of @zacposen. Reflecting on this week’s events, Khan points out the lack of police presence at the Capitol, a fact that exposes, in their own words, “a clear double standard for how Black protestors have been treated over the past several years. What we know to be true is that there is a way that white rage is celebrated in this country and Black grief is criminalized.” To hear more, make sure to check out Khan’s Sunday Sermons, returning tomorrow 1/10 at 12PM PST on their account. @voguemagazine

For Patrisse Cullors (@osopepatrisse), every day is full of potential; for organizing and social-justice work, but also for, in her words, "giving people their flowers while they're still here." The #BlackLivesMatter co-founder and co-author of a best-selling memoir, "When They Call You A Terrorist," spends much of her time fighting for Black liberation, noting that "there's not enough time in a day" for all of her responsibilities, but she makes sure to prioritize self-care too; she starts most of her days lighting sage and setting intentions. Here, watch along as Cullors brings Vogue along for a day in her life, including (but not limited to) her go-to morning routine, a mini-tour of her art collection, and how she gets ready for a virtual event.
